Masago Sushi California Rolls

Ingredients
Instructions
Add a light layer of rice vinegar to your sushi mat (This will stop the rice sticking)
Lay a bed of rice on the Sushi mat about 1 inch bigger than your sheet of nori in all direction and about 1 cm thick. Don’t push down too hard
Place your sheet of nori in the middle of the rice
Lay your cucumber, avocado and crab stick on the nori in a line
Roll the sushi into a log, press gently, then slowly peel back the sushi mat
Coat the outside of your sushi with your Masago
- Slice your sushi log into about 8 pieces
