Description

Spaghetti and fried egg with a delicious Elsinore Masago topping

Ingredients
  • 100 g Spaghetti
  • 65 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 ml Dashi
  • 1/2 tsp Marin
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Elsinore Masago
  • 1 Eggs (1 per dish)
  • 1 Spring onions (Only the green part)
  • Sesame Seeds to garnish
Instructions
  1. While your spaghetti to cooking, gently combine the mayonnaise, cream, dashi, soy and mirin together in a pan on low/medium heat until it thickens.

  2. Once the pasta is cooked to your liking, drain and put back in the warm pan.

  3. Gently pour the sauce over the pasta until evenly covered.

  4. Add the masago gradually to the pasta and sauce mix by gently turning the pasta with tongs or even chopsticks.

  5. Distribute the pasta into your serving bowls and top with your chopped Spring onions and soft fried egg.

  6. Garnish with sesame seeds

  7. Enjoy!
