Taramasalata, Smoked Salmon, King Prawns and Masago on Rye.
Spread a layer of Taramasalata over your Rye bread.
Place the extra spoonful on the side.
Gently lay your smoked salmon and prawns over the bread.
Add generous spoonfuls of Masago to your bed of Salmon and Prawns
Season with a squeeze of lemon, salt, pepper and microgreens (if you like)
