Lumpfish caviar has proven very popular with its ability to upgrade everyday dishes. A medium sized roe with a salty flavour and a subtle pop, it makes an ideal garnish, or stir it into creamy fish sauces to enhance both the flavour and appearance.
Also available as chilled (unpasteurised) version from the in-store fridges. Serve with crackers or blini for a super-simple snack.
