Ingredients
  • 1 Sheet of Sushi Nori
  • 175 g cooked Sushi Rice
  • 1/2 a peeled and sliced avocado
  • 2 inches of cucumber sliced into 6
  • 4 Crab sticks
  • 100 g of Elsinore Masago
  • Small amount of rice vinegar
Instructions
  1. Add a light layer of rice vinegar to your sushi mat (This will stop the rice sticking)

  2. Lay a bed of rice on the Sushi mat about 1 inch bigger than your sheet of nori in all direction and about 1 cm thick. Don’t push down too hard

  3. Place your sheet of nori in the middle of the rice

  4. Lay your cucumber, avocado and crab stick on the nori in a line

  5. Roll the sushi into a log, press gently, then slowly peel back the sushi mat

  6. Coat the outside of your sushi with your Masago
