Ingredients
  • 1 Crumpet (Can be gluten free)
  • 1 Egg
  • 10 g Salmon
  • A drizzle of honey
  • 1 tbsp Crème fraiche
  • Elsinore Lumpfish Caviar
Instructions
  1. Top your crumpet, (can be gluten free) with scrambled eggs.

  2. Cook your flaked salmon in a drizzle of honey, then place on top of your eggs.

  3. Add a generous spoonful of crème fraiche.

  4. Finish with Elsinore Lumpfish Caviar.

    Best eaten while it’s warm.
  5. Enjoy.
