Ingredients
  • 1 Large slice sourdough
  • 1/2 Shallot onion
  • 1 tbsp Crème Fraîche
  • 3 Slices Elsinore Dill Pickled Herrings
  • Pink Peppercorn
  • Chilli powder
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice your shallot onions.

  2. Roughly Chop your Elsinore Dill Herrings

  3. Add the onions, Elsinore Dill Herring and Crème Fraîche to a mixing bowl and mix together gently until the herrings are evenly covered.

  4. Spoon the herrings and onion mixture onto your toasted sourdough

  5. Add the pink peppercorn to suit your taste

  6. Add a light sprinkling of chilli powder

  7. Enjoy.
