Elsinore Dill Herrings with Crème Fraiche, Shallots & Pink Peppercorns on Sourdough
Thinly slice your shallot onions.
Roughly Chop your Elsinore Dill Herrings
Add the onions, Elsinore Dill Herring and Crème Fraîche to a mixing bowl and mix together gently until the herrings are evenly covered.
Spoon the herrings and onion mixture onto your toasted sourdough
Add the pink peppercorn to suit your taste
Add a light sprinkling of chilli powder
