Ingredients
  • 200 g Sashimi grade tuna
  • 100 ml Ponzu Soy
  • 1 tsp Wasabi Mayo
  • 4 tsp Elsinore Masago
Instructions
  1. Slice your sashimi grade tuna and place on your plate.

  2. Gently pour your Ponzu Soy in between the slices.

  3. Add the Wasabi Mayo, Masago and finger lime at different points on your sashimi.

  4. Add a little lemon zest.

  5. Enjoy as soon as possible.
