Ingredients
  • 1 Slice of Rye bread
  • 1 tbsp Plus 1 heaped dessert spoon of Taramasalata
  • 2 Slices smoked salmon
  • 5 Cooked prawns
  • 4 tsp Teaspoons Masago
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Spread a layer of Taramasalata over your Rye bread.

  2. Place the extra spoonful on the side.

  3. Gently lay your smoked salmon and prawns over the bread.

  4. Add generous spoonfuls of Masago to your bed of Salmon and Prawns

  5. Season with a squeeze of lemon, salt, pepper and microgreens (if you like)

  6. Enjoy.
